Work at the Official Fanshop – matchday support
The official Wisła Kraków Fanshop is not only a store offering club merchandise, but also an important fan service point on matchdays. To support the team on matchdays, we are looking for committed and communicative people to work at the Official Fanshop.
The role may involve various areas of fan service. Depending on the needs and organisation of a particular match day, you may work on sales at retail stands, in the shop or selling tickets at ticket offices.
If you are committed, responsible and enjoy working with people, join the Official Fanshop team and let’s work together to provide professional service to fans on match days.
Your responsibilities
- providing active and professional service to fans and customers;
- selling Official Fanshop products;
- operating sales stands during matches;
- running the shop on match days;
- operating the cash register and processing payments;
- selling tickets at ticket offices;
- assisting fans with ticket purchases;
- supporting the Fan Service Point on match days;
- restocking products and monitoring their availability;
- maintaining order, appearance and proper product displays;
- cooperating with the other team members in organising match-day service;
- ensuring a high standard of service and a positive image of the Official Fanshop and Wisła Kraków.
Our requirements
- availability on match days;
- good communication skills and ease in establishing contact with customers;
- a high level of personal culture;
- responsibility, commitment and independence;
- good work organisation;
- the ability to work as part of a team;
- experience in sales, customer service, working with a cash register or ticketing will be an advantage;
- a communicative command of English;
- student status is welcome.
