Right of withdrawal

A customer who is a consumer, as well as a natural person entering into a contract not directly related to their business activity, has the right to withdraw from the sales contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the day on which they came into possession of the goods or on which a third party indicated by the Customer (other than the carrier) came into possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer should submit an unequivocal statement:

• by e-mail to: sklep@wislakrakow.com, or
• by post to: TS Wisła Kraków S.A., ul. Reymonta 20, 30-059 Kraków.

You can use the sample withdrawal form included in the shop's terms and conditions, but this is not mandatory.

Effects of withdrawal

In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the Seller shall reimburse the Customer for all payments received, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the Customer's choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest, ordinary delivery method available in the shop), without undue delay, and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which the statement of withdrawal was received.

The refund will be made using the same payment method as was used in the original transaction, unless the Customer expressly agrees to a different refund method that does not involve any costs for them.

Return of goods

The Customer is obliged to send back or hand over the goods to the Seller without undue delay, and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which they informed about the withdrawal from the sales contract. The deadline is met if the Customer sends back the goods before the expiry of 14 days.

Condition of returned goods

The returned goods should be packaged in a way that protects them from damage during transport (if possible, in the original packaging) and should:

• not show signs of use exceeding normal product inspection,
• have original tags, a complete set of components and accessories,
• be returned with the documents received at the time of purchase (if applicable).

The Customer is responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them in a way other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Cost of return

The direct costs of returning the goods (e.g. return shipping costs) shall be borne by the Customer.

Exclusions from the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply in cases provided for in the applicable regulations, in particular in relation to:

• goods manufactured to the Customer's specifications or clearly personalised,
• goods supplied in a sealed package which, once opened, cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection,
• goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly,

Uncollected orders

If the Customer fails to collect the ordered goods within 14 days of being informed of the possibility of collection, the Seller will set an additional 7-day period for collection. After this period expires without success, it is assumed that the Customer has withdrawn from the sales contract. The Seller will refund the price paid to the Customer, and the goods will be returned for resale.
