Join the communications team of one of Poland's most recognizable football clubs.
We are looking for someone with an excellent feel for language who understands the specifics of sports communication and can respond quickly to what is happening around the club. If you can turn information into engaging copy, feel comfortable on social media, are interested in football, and know that on match day the club's communications follow a rhythm of their own - we would like to get to know you.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Co-managing and developing the club's official social media channels,
-
preparing and publishing content on the club's official website,
-
editing news, announcements, match previews, reports, and other editorial materials,
-
preparing, conducting, and editing interviews with players, coaches, and club representatives,
-
creating content tailored to the specifics of individual communication channels,
-
handling ongoing communication on match days - before, during, and after matches, as well as other events organized by the club
-
responding quickly to sporting and non-sporting events related to the club,
-
participating in communication calendar planning and executing image-building and marketing campaigns,
-
monitoring current trends in social the media and suggesting new communication formats,
-
ensuring consistent language, style, and club image across all communication channels.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for someone who:
-
has an excellent command of Polish and a natural flair for writing,
-
can write quickly, clearly, and engagingly - both a short post on social the media as well as longer content for a website,
-
has experience managing channels in social the media and creating digital content,
-
can independently prepare content from the initial idea, through research and writing the text through to publication,
-
understands the specifics of sports communication or has an excellent understanding of the media and modern sports marketing,
-
is interested in football and understands its realities,
-
can work under time pressure and respond to situations that cannot be planned,
-
is self-motivated, well organized, and responsible for assigned tasks,
-
can work with a variety of teams and people - from players and coaches to the management board and club partners,
-
has a strong sense of communication and understands that not every piece of information should be communicated in the same way,
-
is comfortable using tools for publishing and managing content on the the internet and social the media.
AN ADDITIONAL ADVANTAGE WILL BE:
-
journalistic, editorial, or copywriting,
-
experience working for a sports club, federation, sports editorial team, or media organization,
-
English-language skills sufficient to work with materials and communications in English,
-
basic knowledge of tools for editing graphics, photos, or video materials,
-
experience working with a CMS,
-
knowledge of the specifics of crisis communications,
-
a portfolio of your own written work, materials, or communication channels you have managed.
WORKING FOR A FOOTBALL CLUB HAS ITS OWN SPECIFIC CHARACTER
Matches do not take place from Monday to Friday between 8:00-16:00, dso we are looking for someone who is ready for flexible and irregular working hours - including weekends - in connection with matches and the most important events in the life of the club.
In this job, sometimes you need to prepare material in advance. And sometimes create within a few minutes, because something has just happened that no one could have planned in advance. If this kind of pace drives you - you’ve probably come to the right place/you’ve.
