The Wisła Kraków Foundation was established on June 24, 2020. The main founder is Towarzystwo Sportowe Wisła Kraków Spółka Akcyjna, Jarosław Królewski is the president, and the Foundation Council includes individuals highly distinguished for the club and the Kraków community, such as Jakub Błaszczykowski, Adam Łanoszka, and Florentyna Kulig. The goal of our activities is not solely to achieve profit – our mission is primarily to spread the ideology and values of Biała Gwiazda, as well as to be an organization open to every social group.
Significantly, the Wisła Kraków Foundation holds the prestigious status of a Public Benefit Organization (OPP). This distinction validates our activities and guarantees full transparency. Thanks to this, every fan can directly support the development of the Academy and individual sections by donating 1.5% of their tax to the Foundation.
Our Structure and Teams
The Foundation actively supports the development of women's football, ensuring professional management of the entire sports division. Our structure is based on the commitment of specialized coaching staff, team members, and administrative employees who work daily for the success of the players. We currently operate four youth teams and a senior section, which successfully competes in the second league in competitions organized by the Polish Football Association.
Promotion and Talent Development
A key element of our activity is intensive image-building efforts aimed at popularizing women's football in our region. We actively promote activities for girls and consistently build interest in this sport to continuously increase the number of young players training under the Wisła banner.
The Foundation of a Football Journey
The Wisła Junior program is where the sporting passion of the youngest football adepts begins. Our coaches conduct professional training sessions for children born between 2017 and 2022, focusing on comprehensive motor skill development and playing with the ball. Thanks to our proprietary project, we are constantly expanding our participant base, instilling Wisła values in them from an early age. The program is open to all children through continuous enrollment.

Collaboration with Kindergartens and Special Events
Our activities extend beyond the training pitches – as part of preschool education, we conduct dedicated sessions in partner institutions, such as the "Iskierka" Private Kindergarten. For children from all over Poland, we also organize "Wisła Summer Camp" day camps, which are an excellent opportunity to spend holidays actively. A unique experience for our charges are occasional training sessions on the main stadium pitch, which create unforgettable memories. The project also organizes regular game festivals, where the youngest Wisła players can compete with their peers from other top academies in Poland in a family picnic atmosphere.
Program for the most talented
Wisła Future is an elite development pathway created for players from the region who demonstrate above-average sporting potential. Here, we focus on accelerating the individual development of players by increasing the number of high-quality training units and precise talent selection. The project involves categories from U10 to U13.
Staff and regional cooperation
A professional team of coaches supervises the substantive progress of the program, led by project leader Dominik Maśnica and coordinator Konrad Czajkowski. A key pillar of Wisła Future is close cooperation with players' home clubs and the exchange of international experience, which allows us to create optimal conditions for player development.
The development of the program at such a high level is also possible thanks to business support. The main sponsor of the Wisła Future project is PRODIM.
Harmony of academics and sports
As the body managing educational institutions, the Wisła Kraków Foundation emphasizes an educational model that does not force young athletes to choose between academics and their passion. We run the Non-Public Sports Championship Primary School and the Tadeusz Łopuszański Non-Public Sports Championship High School. Our goal is to provide student-athletes with an environment where the didactic process is fully integrated with the training schedule.
Comprehensive care and structure
We provide students with full care: from qualified teaching staff to modern premises including a boarding school. Currently, our structure includes an 8th-grade primary school and a full cycle of high school education. This solution allows athletes to focus on their sports development while guaranteeing education at the highest level.

The heart of the white star's training
The Football Academy is the main pillar of our activity, where we daily ensure the highest standards of youth training. The Foundation employs complete coaching and medical staff, providing professional care and safety for the players. We manage extensive training infrastructure, using AKF facilities, the base in Myślenice, and pitches at Piastowska 26 street and at the facilities of Towarzystwo Sportowe Wisła Kraków.
Competition on the international stage
Our teams regularly compete with the best peers in Europe, participating in prestigious tournaments in Norway, Germany, Austria, and Turkey. The path to the Academy is opened by cyclical "Wisła Kraków Talent Day" tryouts, which take place in the unique setting of Synerise Arena – Henryk Reyman Municipal Stadium.
The Power of Regional Cooperation
We believe that the development of football in the region depends on strong relationships, which is why we are building an extensive network of cooperation with clubs from Małopolska. Our partners include MKS Babia Góra Sucha Beskidzka, Unia Oświęcim, and Akademia Piłkarska Wisła Czarny Dunajec, among others. Together, we work on scouting young talents and exchanging experiences that raise the level of training throughout the voivodeship. Our cooperation involves not only player transfers but, above all, real substantive support. We organize game festivals for children and specialized training workshops for management staff and coaches of partner clubs, sharing Wisła's methodology of work.
European Standards in Krakow
The Wisła Kraków Foundation prioritizes continuous staff development, utilizing international knowledge exchange programs. Thanks to the Erasmus+ program, our coaches and staff participate in study visits to leading European clubs, such as Real Betis Balompié and Borussia Dortmund.
Exchange of Experiences and Innovations
During international mobilities, our staff observe modern training methodologies and innovative approaches to academy organization. The experiences gathered in this way are implemented into the Foundation's daily operations, ensuring that training at Wisła Kraków meets global standards.
Passion and Experience
The Foundation is a place open to individuals who wish to professionally connect their future with sports. We run volunteer programs, engaging assistant coaches, scouts, and sports psychologists who support our teams and develop their competencies under the guidance of experts. We also offer graduate internships, which are an excellent start to a professional career. We ensure the systematic improvement of the entire team's qualifications by organizing internal workshops and co-financing UEFA coaching courses. A key element of our work is also safety – all our employees and coaches regularly undergo first aid training, conducted in cooperation with professional training centers.
Adam Grabka International Tournament
We are proud to organize the Adam Grabka International Tournament for the U-12 category. This is one of the most important football events for children in this part of Europe, which has a long tradition and has become a permanent fixture in our sports calendar. The competition takes place on the main pitch of Synerise Arena. During the latest, 38th edition of the tournament, fans will be able to admire 16 teams from 14 countries. On the pitch in Krakow, our teams can compete against representatives of top European academies such as AS Roma, RCD Espanyol, and Brøndby IF.
Wisła Women Cup International Tournament
We also actively support the comprehensive development of our female footballers by organizing prestigious events, such as the Wisła Women Cup International Tournament. Competition takes place, among other categories, in the U-13 age group, and the primary goal of the initiative is to promote women's football and build equality in sports. In the upcoming tournament, as many as 16 teams from Poland and abroad will compete for the cup at Wisła Stadium. The entire event is guided by the slogan "Watch Me Play," encouraging fans to actively support the young female players.
Wisła Summer Camp
We also organise the "Wisła Summer Camp" day camp for children from all over Poland. This event is an excellent opportunity to spend an active holiday in a football atmosphere. The latest edition of the project is open to both our Academy's trainees and all interested children (boys and girls) born between 2016 and 2020. The programme has been designed to combine professional football training under the watchful eye of Wisła coaches with excellent fun. Unforgettable attractions await the participants, including a stadium tour, workshops, and a trip to the training base in Myślenice combined with watching a training session of the first team of Biała Gwiazda.
