After the match, Kacper Duda spoke about the team’s performance, the strength of the White Star at Reymonta, and the need to carry their good form into away matches as well.

What a great match. Congratulations! Did you expect such a one-sided game from your side? Were you convinced that Jagiellonia would practically play according to your wishes, or were you surprised by how the match unfolded?

Thank you very much. We certainly didn’t expect the match to look exactly like this before it began. However, we wanted to do everything we could to dictate the course of the game. From the first minute, we managed to impose our conditions. As a team, we kept pushing forward, and I’m very happy that it looked this way today.

In your opinion, was today’s match Wisła’s best game so far this season in the Ekstraklasa?

I think that, looking at the overall picture and how we functioned as a team, we were in really good form today.

There were plenty of demanding battles in midfield, including against Taras Romanczuk. How would you assess that contest?

Jagiellonia definitely have a lot of quality, but we also have plenty of quality at Wisła. I think we show that in every successive match, especially at home. If everyone gives one hundred percent and is fully focused, we are a really good team. I think every team will be wary of coming to our fortress.

You have a perfect 12 points from your home matches and once again showed how strong you can be at Reymonta. Do you feel that your own stadium has become one of your biggest advantages?

Exactly, although now we also have to carry this good form into our away matches. Obviously, playing at home in front of our fans is much easier for us, but they also travel with us to away games. We have to start adding points away from home as well. Even during preseason, we knew we would be strong at home because it was similar last season. It doesn’t matter whether it was the first division or now the Ekstraklasa. At Reymonta, we always try to impose our conditions. We play at home again next week, so only victory will matter to us, but we also have to carry this good form into our away matches.
