For all products purchased in our store, you are entitled to rights for defects that constitute non-conformity with the contract for a period of two years from the date of purchase, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014. If your product has a defect, let us know!

If you wish to return a product, you have 14 days from the date of purchase to do so. You don't need to provide a reason. Simply complete the returns form, package it with the returned item and receipt, and return the package to us at the store address marked "Official Fanshop." Refunds may take up to 14 days, in accordance with applicable regulations.
