We invite both individuals taking their first steps in scouting and candidates who already have some experience in player observation or match analysis to participate in the recruitment process.

We are looking for individuals who:

• are interested in and regularly follow Polish youth football,
• want to develop in the field of football scouting,
• can describe their own observations and draw conclusions,
• are diligent, communicative, and punctual,
• can work both independently and as part of a team.

Recruitment process The recruitment consists of three stages:

Stage I – Application form and CV Candidates submit:

Stage II – Practical task Selected candidates will receive access to a football match recording. The task will be to prepare their own analysis in a chosen format.

Stage III – Interview The best candidates will be invited for an online interview.
