Dear Wisła fans, from 4 to 16 October we conducted an anonymous survey among White Star supporters. Thanks to your engagement, we learned your opinions about our work and matchday operations.

A total of 2,315 respondents took part in the survey. People aged 27 to 35 make up the largest proportion of the surveyed group. As many as 47% of respondents have watched more than 10 White Star home matches live. This is also the group that rates the club's website particularly highly. A significant majority of respondents prefer single-match tickets, while only 39% buy a round or full-season ticket.

The survey results are presented in the presentation – READ MORE.

We are delighted by the high number of survey respondents, as this allows us to draw specific conclusions about our activities. Here are some of the most important ones:

As many as 90% of survey participants prefer to buy their tickets online. This is very important because we aim to maximise the share of tickets purchased online in overall match ticket sales. Buying tickets online is more convenient, less time-consuming, and improves the experience for all fans.

In an effort to meet your expectations, the Official Fanshop will soon offer more products for women, including new sweatshirt designs. In addition, the current team poster in A3 size will be added to the store, and the Retro collection will be expanded with new women's shirts.

Wisła Kraków places great emphasis on the continuous development of its communication and, consequently, we strive to keep up with current social media trends. We are gradually introducing more content designed to engage you. Recently, we created a broadcast channel on Instagram, allowing you to stay up to date with the content we share.

Season after season, we offer you more and more events outside matchdays. We are delighted by the interest they attract and by such a strong attendance. Last season, the highest attendance was recorded at the Wisła Kraków Day at Galeria Bronowice and at the Team Presentation. Due to the event's great popularity, we decided to invite the White Star players to meet the fans once again. As last year, there were plenty of smiles, photos with the players, and opportunities to buy three-colour merchandise at the Official Fanshop stand.

Many respondents mentioned catering in the survey as an area for improvement. Thanks to your responses, we have a broader perspective on the current catering situation. In our efforts to provide the best possible quality and matchday service, and after analysing your feedback on catering operations, we are working on additional solutions to improve service for fans and the quality of food and drinks during matches.

Thank you for your great engagement!
