Wisła Kraków and Fokus are pleased to announce the establishment of a strategic partnership aimed at further strengthening the Club’s capabilities in sports management, financial planning, and the long-term strategy for squad building. This cooperation goes far beyond a standard software implementation—it represents the joining of forces between two strong, technology-oriented organizations united by a shared ambition to build a competitive advantage based on data, analytics, and modern system solutions.

Wisła Kraków will become the first football club in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) to implement the Fokus platform, marking an important milestone in the technological development of professional football in the region.

Wisła Kraków is among the select group of clubs worldwide that, alongside their sporting operations, develop their own proprietary software and scientific solutions to support the management of their sporting departments. The Club consistently invests in building an internal technology ecosystem integrating data analytics, financial modeling, and advanced decision-support tools. The partnership with Fokus is a natural continuation of this strategy—it brings together two entities that view technology as the foundation of sustainable sporting advantage.

As part of the cooperation, Wisła Kraków will use the Fokus platform to optimize squad structure management, plan the wage budget, analyze contracts, and model long-term transfer scenarios.

The solution was developed in close cooperation with Bodø/Glimt and supports the Norwegian team during a period of dynamic growth and successful European campaigns in recent seasons.

A key pillar of the partnership will be the exchange of knowledge and the continued development of tools based on shared technological and sporting expertise. Both organizations view this initiative as a long-term platform for joint innovation, rather than a one-off system implementation.
