Wisła II Kraków: Despite playing with a numerical advantage, the three points went to Wiślanie

On Saturday at noon, Wisła II Kraków played its third match in the competition Betclic 3. League. The clash promised to be interesting because their close neighbor, Wiślanie, came to Krakow MasterWay Skawina.

After the first two rounds, only three teams could boast a perfect record: Czarni Połaniec, along with Wisła II Kraków and Wiślanie MasterWay Skawina. That is why this match could excite the fans. 

Kacper opened the scoring in the 14th minute. Durda, who reacted quickest in Wisła's penalty area after a corner. Fifteen minutes later, another set piece took place level with the hosts' penalty area. Wiślanie took a throw-in, Nikodem Morawski flicked the ball on, and Mateusz Jarzynka headed it precisely to extend the lead. When it seemed that the team from Skawina had the match under control, in the 30. minute of the match, the scorer of the second goal, Jarzynka, fouled inside his own penalty area. The referee pointed to the spot and showed the offender a second yellow, followed by a red. Karol Tokarczyk had a chance to bring his team back into the game and handled the pressure superbly. He gave the goalkeeper no chance, reducing the deficit to 1:2.  

Despite the hosts' numerical advantage, both teams went into the dressing room with the score unchanged. The second half was at times scrappy, with neither side clearly dominating. In the 94In the . minute of the match, the visitors launched a quick counterattack and found themselves with an excellent opportunity to put the game beyond doubt. Adam Cytacki made an individual run into Wisła's penalty area, but the finish left much to be desired. 

No more goals were scored in the second half, and the match ultimately ended 1:2. Wiślanie took all three points back from Kraków, pushing Wpushed Wiślanie into fifth place in the table Betclic 3rd League.
