Please be advised that the General Meeting of Shareholders of the Wisła Kraków Sports Association SA is scheduled for 18 December 2023, with voting also taking place remotely.

Detailed information concerning the organization of the General Meeting is available in the announcement published in the Court and Commercial Gazette on 23 November 2023 [OGŁOSZENIE], as well as below.

Participation in the General Meeting of the Wisła Kraków Sports Association SA is not mandatory, and voting and vote counting will also be possible remotely under the rules set out below.

Remote voting (via the internet) will be available before the General Meeting takes place, within the period designated by the Wisła Kraków Sports Association SA, namely from 8:00 a.m. on 11 December 2023 (Monday) until 8:00 p.m. on 15 December 2023 (Friday). The company will use electronic means of communication—a dedicated electronic voting application, eWZAOnline.

On 8 December 2023, each shareholder of the Wisła Kraków Sports Association SA disclosed in the share register will receive a login and password by email to activate an account in the eWZAOnline application, through which remote voting may take place both before the date of the General Meeting of Shareholders (scheduled for 11–15 December 2023) and during the General Meeting of Shareholders on 18 December 2023. A shareholder who voted on 11–15 December 2023 will not vote again on 18 December 2023, and their vote will be counted during the voting on the date of the General Meeting of Shareholders.

Shareholders disclosed in the electronic share register of the Wisła Kraków Sports Association SA, as established on 11 December 2023, may participate in the General Meeting of Shareholders.
