The Ministry of Sport and Tourism has awarded the Wisła Kraków Foundation funding of PLN 714,110 as part of the first edition of the “Our Own on the Pitch – Development Pathway for Young Female and Male Footballers” program. The program aims to support clubs and academies that focus on developing young Polish female and male players and improving the quality of training. In the first edition, a total of PLN 23 million was awarded to 109 organizations from across Poland. The Ministry of Sport and Tourism primarily considered training outcomes, including academy graduates in the first team, which earned our Academy many points and enabled it to receive one of the highest grants in the program.

The funds secured by Wisła will be used to further develop the Academy and provide young Wisła players with even better conditions for their sporting development.
