Active Saturday for U13
The first match was played by the girls’ youth team against the boys’ team from Borek Kraków. The game was full of interesting situations and creative plays for both teams. Despite the rainy weather, the young Biała Gwiazda players fought bravely on the pitch. They played well throughout the match, but made more mistakes, which the boys from Borek Kraków ruthlessly exploited, allowing them to celebrate earning 3 points. The match ended 3:6, with Wisła Kraków’s goals scored by Karolina Utylska, Magda Kędzior and Zofia Kulig.
In the second match, the younger cadets’ team faced JKS Zelków. Despite being weakened, the young footballers in blue approached the match with great ambition from the very beginning—they consistently moved into the appropriate areas of the pitch and created further good opportunities to score. Krysia Szwedo scored the goal to make it 1:3 with her left foot after an assist from Julia Wojna, and four minutes later Julia also scored with her left foot to make it 2:3 after a superb through ball from Wiktoria Zoga. The match ended in a 2:6 defeat.
"I am very pleased with the attitude of my players in this match. From the very beginning, they were ambitious, determined and consistent in carrying out the tasks set for them. It is especially pleasing that we scored two very good goals, which the entire team worked for. Despite losing the match, every player gave her all and left her heart on the pitch. Great applause goes to the girls for taking to the match with their heads held high and leaving it the same way, gaining further experience along the way." — summed up Maria Kierzkowska

U16 defeat in the Central Junior League

"The beginning of the match was a brilliant display by our team. From the very start, we stayed in the high zone, controlling the game and underlining our advantage with two goals from Skibińska and Bieniek within less than twenty minutes. Unfortunately, still in the first half, our opponents reacted very well to the events of the match, while our team became relaxed and lost concentration, which resulted in us conceding two goals in six minutes toward the end of the first half.
The second half unfortunately did not go our way. We lacked patience when building play from the back and concentration during the defensive phase. We lost our confidence, and unfortunately our opponents took advantage of it. Nevertheless, we tried until the end to turn the match around, and our players deserve recognition for that. We would like to thank Iskra Tarnów for the match and wish them success in their upcoming games."
— summed up Adrian Kruba
