It was not a successful day for Wisła Kraków, who lost 1:2 to Bruk-Bet Termalica Nieciecza in the 17th round of Fortuna 1. liga. The only goal for Biała Gwiazda was scored from a penalty kick by Szymon Sobczak.

The Biała Gwiazda players started the match aggressively, using pressing. In the 6th minute, Sobczak forced Loska to make a mistake, but he passed inaccurately to Duda, who would have had a clear-cut chance. Six minutes later, Radwański decided to shoot from a distance, but missed the target. In response, Baena could have scored, but he missed slightly.

A moment later, Sobczak and Baena could have scored, but first, the former failed to shoot, and the latter committed a foul in attack. The 26th minute brought a foul on Miki Villar in the penalty area, after which the referee used VAR. After reviewing the video material, he decided that the Biała Gwiazda midfielder was fouled. Szymon Sobczak stepped up to the ball placed at the 11-meter mark and gave Wisła the lead.

The 35th minute brought a goal for Termalica, but the referee was not sure of its validity, and only VAR provided him with the answer. Łukas Spendlhofer scored to make it 1:1. Before the break, the hosts scored another goal. This time, Florin Purece put the ball into the net.

Wisła's reaction to the events on the pitch was already during the break, when Bartosz Talar came on for Igor Sapała in midfield. This allowed the Cracovians to attack more boldly, to which the opponents tried to respond with counterattacks.

Further changes in the Biała Gwiazda team also did not result in goals, although Goku, for example, tried to find a way to the opponent's net.

The final phase of the match again brought uncertainty for the referee, who, after a foul on Uryga, checked whether the Wisła defender had fouled the opponent, but ultimately decided he had not. Five minutes later, Branecki was close to luck, but the ball missed Raton's goal.

In injury time, the players from R22 forced the ball into the net, but the referee spotted an offside position, and the three points remained in Nieciecza.
