Due to the expansion of its scouting department, the Wisła Kraków Football Academy is looking for a Youth Scouting Coordinator who will be responsible for creating and implementing a talent search strategy in youth categories.
As part of the expansion of its scouting department, Wisła Kraków Football Academy is seeking a Youth Scouting Coordinator who will be responsible for creating and implementing a talent identification strategy for youth categories. The person in this position will play a key role in identifying and recruiting players to the Football Academy’s structures.
Location: Kraków / Lesser Poland (possibility of nationwide activities)
Type of cooperation: B2B/service contract
Start date: November 2025
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinating scouting activities in the region and nationwide.
- Creating and supervising a network of regional scouts.
- Organizing and conducting scouting activities.
- Cooperation with coaches, stage coordinators, and the analysis department in assessing players.
- Systematic creation of reports in accordance with the Academy’s internal standards.
- Building and updating the player database.
- Cooperation with partner clubs to exchange information and observe players.
- Participation in the player selection and recruitment process for the Academy.
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in scouting, coaching, or analytical work in youth football.
- Very good knowledge of the youth football environment in Poland.
- Ability to assess a player’s potential and knowledge of selection models used in academies.
- Experience creating player reports.
- Knowledge of analytical tools.
- Good knowledge of the MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Category B driving licence and readiness for business travel.
- Independence, punctuality, and the ability to work in a team.
