Jordi also trained all week, and the rest, unfortunately, are still out of team training" - summarized coach Mariusz Jop.

Do you feel that you can already see the "finish line" at the end of the road you've been on since July last year?
"With each match, we are closer. There are four rounds left until the end of the season. We know that we are close to achieving our goal. This does not change our preparations for this match. The team worked excellently, is charged for this game, and we are going to Rzeszów to win" - he said.

In the match against Puszcza, it was clear that the team was very mentally strong. If this "mentality" is at a high level, then with your football skills, you are able to win the next match. How do you maintain such a level of motivation?
"We know that to show our individual skills, the level of determination and commitment must be at the same level as the opponent's. This is something that is obvious to us. I think the team has repeatedly shown a strong mentality in situations where they conceded a goal and were able to quickly recover. We often snatched points in the final minutes of matches. I don't see any symptoms here that would suggest it will be different in the upcoming match" - replied the coach of Biała Gwiazda.

Śląsk Wrocław is in good form and is hot on Wisła Kraków's heels.
"We don't look at other teams. Of course, everyone has their goals and different moments of the season. We try to prepare as best as possible for every match and do everything we can to be in optimal form. As I said, this week looked very good in terms of the work the players did and the quality during training. I am optimistic for Sunday's matches" - he replied.

Stal Rzeszów has been in worse form lately, but their play is better than the points they've earned. Will they want to break their losing streak against such a titled rival as Wisła?
"Several of the matches they recently lost, for example the match against Polonia, the result could have gone the other way. We already have this experience, we know that absolutely no one can be underestimated. Of course, we respect every opponent and we know that Stal has its strengths. It is a young, unpredictable team. The players like to seek one-on-one duels, they are brave in offensive play. Of course, they have their problems. Certainly, the fact that they haven't been winning lately doesn't help them. However, as always, for a match against Wisła Kraków, against the league leader, everyone is maximally mobilized. Everyone wants to break their streak. Everyone wants to show individually that against a good opponent they are able to play at a good level. I think that's what awaits us on Sunday. We absolutely do not approach this match on the assumption that the opponent is having a weaker moment and something will be easier for us than usual. Every match in this league is very difficult and demanding. We mainly focus on what we have to do" - he stated.

Watching previous matches of the rivals, one can say that Stal will play more open football than Puszcza Niepołomice.
"Theoretically, that's how it should look. However, I remember matches for which coach Zub changed tactics for the game against Wisła. Such a situation could also happen. Of course, I would like it to be an open match full of goals and, of course, with a happy ending for Wisła Kraków" - he replied.

Many players have contracts that expire after the season. Has Wisła already started talks with them, or do they have a clause in their contracts that automatically extends them if they get promoted?
"I would not like to comment on this topic, because it is not my role. The sports director together with the president are dealing with it. So, for now, we are putting aside the topics of extending possible contracts or new players. An important match is ahead of us, and we are mainly focusing on that" - concluded coach Mariusz Jop.
