Łubik was born on May 19, 2004, in Nowogard and plays as a goalkeeper. He is a player for FC Augsburg, and he spent last season on loan at Górnik Zabrze. Previously, he also represented GKS Tychy. 

In the 2025/2026 season, Marcel played at the PKO BP Ekstraklasa level, recording solid numbers between the posts. In league competitions, he kept 10 clean sheets, and among the statistics mentioned were also 62 saves and an average of 0.94 goals conceded per match. 

Wisła's new goalkeeper also has international experience, having played for the Poland U-21 national youth team.
