FAQ before the #JAGWIS match
Dear fans, next Wednesday we will return to PGE Narodowy after almost a year!
Dear fans, this coming Wednesday we are returning to PGE National Stadium after almost a year! You—the White Star fans—will help us fight for another trophy! We have prepared the most important information for you ahead of this match.
How do I enter PGE National Stadium?
Wisła Kraków fans with a ticket bearing their club crest may enter only through Gate 10 from Siwca Street. Due to the thorough checks planned, we encourage you to arrive as early as possible.
Is it possible to change the details on the ticket?
Fans who purchased a ticket at a POK or on bilety.wislakrakow.com will not be able to change their details.
What should I bring to the match?
Before leaving home, make sure that, in addition to your ticket and club colors, you have brought an identity document. You must also bring a scarf to proudly represent the White Star!
What document must I present when entering PGE National Stadium?
When entering the stadium, you must present an identity document (identity card, passport, driving licence, school ID, or student ID).
Does a ticket purchased at the POK box office entitle me to enter the stadium in Warsaw?
No, a ticket purchased in person at a POK or online at bilety.wislakrakow.com does not grant access to PGE National Stadium. To pass through the gates and enter the stadium, you must go to a POK and collect your ticket, or choose the second option—a ticket with a scarf. Collection is available on Tuesday (1.04) until 21:00 at a POK, or on match day at PGE National Stadium.
