Wisła Kraków is looking for an energetic and communicative person for the position of Customer Service and Sales Specialist at the Official Fanshop. This is a great opportunity to combine work with a passion for football and the White Star.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing professional service to customers of the brick-and-mortar store and Wisła Kraków Fan Service Point;
• Advising customers on product selection and ensuring a positive shopping experience;
• Operating the cash register and payment terminal;
• Assisting with receiving deliveries and ensuring attractive product displays;
• Supporting the online department with order processing, promotional campaigns, and online sales activities;
• Managing inventory levels;
• Support with documentation related to the operation of the store;
• Active participation in the ticket sales process and operation of the ticketing system, as well as coordinating and co-creating email communications with fans;
• Representing the Wisła Kraków brand in accordance with its values.

Our requirements:

• Experience in retail or customer service will be an additional advantage;
• Good communication skills, openness, and a positive attitude;
• The ability to work in a team and under time pressure;
• Availability, including weekends and match days;
• Knowledge of the MS Office suite and proficient use of computers and office equipment;
• An interest in sport and football is welcome,
• Communicative English-language skills.
