Job offer – Salesperson at the Official Fanshop of Wisła Kraków 

Workplace: Synerise Arena Kraków – Henryk Reyman Municipal Stadium (30-059), Reymonta 20 Street 
Type of contract: Employment contract / Contract of mandate (to be discussed) 
Working hours: Full-time 

Job description 

Wisła Kraków is looking for a communicative and committed person for the position of Salesperson in the Official Club Store. This position offers the opportunity to gain experience in sales and customer service within a sports club structure. 

Your responsibilities will include: 

  • professional customer service at the physical store and Fan Service Point, 

  • advising customers on product selection and ensuring a positive shopping experience,  

  • operating the cash register and payment terminal,  

  • operating sales systems and programs used in daily store operations, including cash, inventory, and sales/customer support tools, 

  • participating in receiving deliveries and ensuring proper product display,  

  • supporting the e-commerce department in order fulfillment, promotional campaigns, and online sales activities,  

  • managing inventory levels,  

  • supporting documentation related to store operations,  

  • active participation in ticket sales and ticketing system operation,  
    as well as co-creating and coordinating mailing communication with fans,  

  • representing the Wisła Kraków brand in accordance with its values and standards.  

  • Operating a heat press 

Our requirements 

  • experience in retail or customer service will be an advantage,  

  • communicativeness, openness, and a positive attitude,  

  • ability to work in a team and under time pressure,  

  • availability, including weekends and match days,  

  • good knowledge of MS Office suite and efficient use of computers and office equipment,  

  • an interest in sport and football will be welcome,  

  • communicative English.
