The Wisła Kraków Foundation is looking for a person to take on the role of Wisła Women Manager and be responsible for the comprehensive management of the Wisła Women structure. We are looking for a well-organized, responsible, and independent individual who can combine strategic thinking with day-to-day operational work. This role is for someone who understands the specifics of the sports environment, can coordinate many areas simultaneously, and wants to have a real impact on the development of women's football within the Wisła Kraków structures.

Your role in the club
The main task of the Wisła Women Manager will be to manage the entire Wisła Women structure and coordinate its daily operations in accordance with the club's policies, standards, and guidelines.
The person in this position will be responsible for organizing the work of the section, cooperating with coaching staff, players, parents, administration, sports department, marketing, logistics, legal and financial departments, as well as implementing club procedures and ensuring the consistency of the section's operations with other areas of Wisła Kraków.
Responsibilities
The main tasks of the person employed in this position will include:
- managing the day-to-day operations of the Wisła Kraków women's section,
- coordinating the work of coaching, administrative, and organizational staff within the section,
- supervising the structure of women's teams and supporting their daily operations,

cooperation with the Academy Director, organizational department, administration, marketing, legal and financial departments,
- planning and supervising the section's activity calendar: training sessions, matches, sparring matches, tournaments, camps, and other events,
- ensuring the organization of home and away matches, including logistics, transport, equipment, and administrative matters,
- supervising document flow, player registrations for competitions, schedules, authorizations, and other formal processes,
- cooperation in maintaining player and staff documentation,
- monitoring the implementation of club procedures, regulations, and organizational standards,
- preparing and supervising the section's budget and ongoing cost control,
- reporting on the section's activities, needs, and problems to superiors,
- cooperation with the marketing and communication department in promoting the women's section,
- participation in building the Wisła Women brand and increasing the recognition of women's football in the club,
- representing the section within the club and in contacts with external entities,

maintaining the good name of Wisła Kraków, the women's section, and ensuring compliance of activities with club values,

operating all player registration systems - club (e.g., ProTrainUP) and association (e.g., extranet)
- performing other tasks related to the development and operation of the section, assigned by the club.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a person who is:
- very well-organized and responsible,
- independent in action, but ready to work within a club structure,
- able to manage several areas simultaneously,
- communicative and effective in cooperation with coaches, players, parents, and club employees,
- resistant to time pressure and the variability of the sports environment,

thorough in administrative, formal, and organizational matters,

proficient in using modern technologies,
- able to enforce agreements and adhere to procedures,
- understanding that a sports section requires both conceptual work and ongoing operational activity,
- identifying with the values of Wisła Kraków.
Preferred qualifications
Additional assets will be:
- experience in working in a sports club, football academy, or sports organization,
- experience in team or project management,
- knowledge of systems and processes related to the organization of football competitions,

knowledge of Extranet, ProTrainUp or similar organizational tools,
- experience in working with player documentation, schedules, registrations, and document flow,
- knowledge of the women's football environment,
- Category B driving license.
