Join us: Kitman / Equipment Specialist – Wisła Kraków First Team
Towarzystwo Sportowe Wisła Kraków S.A., based in Krakow, is looking for a person to manage the first team's equipment facilities and ensure that everything is prepared exactly when needed. We are looking for someone well-organized, responsible, and discreet – a person who understands that details matter at the professional sports level.
- Position: Kitman / Equipment Specialist – Wisła Kraków First Team
- Workplace: Kraków / Myślenice (stadium and training ground)
- Employment type: employment contract or B2B (to be agreed upon)
- Remuneration: PLN 6,000 – 7,000 gross (employment contract) / B2B equivalent
Start date: from June 15 (essential condition - availability from this date)
Your role at the club
Ensure that the first team always has ready equipment, kits, and organizational support – both during training and on match days.
Responsibilities
- Preparing equipment and kits for training sessions and matches
- Ensuring proper labeling and branding of match and training apparel
- Maintaining records of equipment and inventory levels in club systems
- Ordering sports equipment, beverages, and current supplies
- Monitoring equipment circulation and its availability for the team and staff
- Collaborating with the coaching staff regarding the team's ongoing needs
- Maintaining order in the warehouse and team facilities
- Executing ongoing operational tasks related to the team's functioning
Who are we looking for?
- A highly organized and meticulous individual
- Someone who enjoys operational work and attention to detail
- Experience in logistics, warehousing, or sports will be an additional asset

Availability during the season – including weekends, every match day, and during all team trips – the job requires flexibility, readiness to act during non-standard hours, and responding to current team needs (periods between rounds are for rest and recovery)
- Teamwork and good communication skills
- Readiness for on-site work in Kraków and Myślenice
- Category B driving license
- Readiness to travel domestically and internationally (including air travel)
- Proficiency in English for daily communication
