Join us: Branding Production Coordinator – Wisła Kraków
Towarzystwo Sportowe Wisła Kraków S.A., based in Krakow, is seeking an individual to support the development of its in-house department for branding clothing and club merchandise. We are looking for someone meticulous, patient, and well-organized – a person who understands that quality, precision, and attention to detail are paramount in this role. This role is for someone who not only wants to personalize jerseys and other products but also coordinate the work of a small team and develop this area within the club's structure.
Position: Branding Production Coordinator
Workplace: Krakow
Employment type: To be determined
Salary: 4,000 – 7,000 PLN gross
Working hours: flexible, dependent on current tasks
Workload: ¾ time
Start date: July 2026
Your role in the club
The main task in this position will be the preparation of jerseys and other products for the store, the first team, the academy, and other club sections, as well as coordinating the work of a small team responsible for branding and personalization.
Responsibilities

preparation and personalization of jerseys and other club products,

fulfillment of orders for the store, the first team, the academy, and other sections,
-
operation of a plotter, heat presses, and other devices used in the branding process,
-
receiving and coordinating orders,
-
distributing work and supervising task execution,
-
managing a team of 3-4 people,
-
quality control of applied markings and personalizations,
-
reporting on completed work and current activities,
-
cooperation with other club departments,
-
participation in the development of the internal branding department.
