Two players from Wisła Kraków’s reserve team, Bartłomiej Sowa and Marcin Górkiewicz, are joining Unia Tarnów on loan. Both players will represent the Tarnów club until the end of the current season.

Marcin Górkiewicz joined Wisła Kraków in the 2019/20 season and has successfully represented the club in the Central Junior League at U-15, U-17, and U-19 level ever since. At the start of the current campaign, he was promoted to the Biała Gwiazda reserve team, but spent the autumn half of the season on loan at Unia Tarnów, where he made 12 appearances.

Bartłomiej Sowa is a Wisła youth product and joined the Kraków club in the 2011/12 season. Over the years, he honed his footballing skills under the guidance of the Academy’s coaches, progressing through the various levels of the youth teams all the way to the Central Junior League. This season, he was part of Wisła’s reserve team, but his appearances were limited by an injury. In the autumn, he played three Polish Cup matches, scoring one goal.

Both of the aforementioned players are also runners-up in the Polish U-17 Junior Championship for the 2021/2022 season.

Loaning these players out will allow them to play regularly and continue developing their skills.

Gentlemen, we wish you the best of luck and look forward to your return!
