On June 13-14, the domestic blind football league will conclude the final chapter of its third season, which could prove to be another golden one in the history of our section. Coach Rafał Kurlit's team will play three matches, the results of which will decide the fate of the league title.

We feel we are on the verge of another amazing event. We are on the home stretch that could allow us to win our third championship title. So far, the machine led by the new staff has been working perfectly, and we will do everything to ensure it continues to do so in Bielsko – says Martin Jung, the sniper of Biała Gwiazda BF, who could break the barrier of fifty league goals during the third round.

The Wisła team will start their matches on Saturday at 9:30 AM, and their opponent will be ARTS Warszawa Blind Football – a club that caused a significant sensation in Bielsko during last year's Polish Cup. The team from the capital is close to another historic achievement, as they are still in contention for a league podium finish in the final stretch. During the round in Wrocław, our section won 3:0, although breaking through the capital team's defensive barriers took quite some time.

At 6:30 PM, the opponents will be the hosts, Rekord Bielsko-Biała Blind Football, who are also fighting for medals in this year's competition. In the first match, Wisła BF won by a large margin, 6:0. This time, a completely different match can be expected, as at this stage of the season, every point could be worth bronze, or even silver, for the Bielsko team.

Our Saturday form can decide everything – two wins will mean defending the title, and we can approach the Sunday part of the competition with much less weight on our shoulders. However, this is football, and we cannot assume points based on historical results. We need to go out on the field and win both matches, and contrary to appearances, that may not be an easy task – explains Radosław Wójcik, assistant coach, for whom the 2026 season is his first with Wisła BF.

On Sunday at 9:30 AM, a match will be played which – depending on the outcome of Saturday's matches for both clubs – could be a do-or-die game. Śląsk Wrocław Blind Football is currently five points behind our team and, if they want to remain in contention for gold, they must play a flawless round, while also hoping for our slip-ups.

As Martin mentioned, we will do everything to ensure the machine doesn't jam. With deep faith in our own abilities, we simply want to win every match so that we don't have to count points. We have emphasized this many times – we respect our rivals and are aware that it's just football, and football has witnessed many unbelievable stories. However, we know what and how we need to perform to ultimately hang gold medals around our necks – concludes Marcin Ryszka, the team captain.

The league final could bring several remarkable achievements from the perspective of Polish blind football, with the Wisła players in leading roles. However, these are not the most important thing, but rather defending the championship.
